Rustic wood fired oven baked artisan country bread made from an 80 year old starter
A delightfully seasoned artichoke & spinach dip w/ a golden brown garlic butter glaze on top….. sinfully tasteful w/ the bread
Ancient oven's famous "italiano teadroppas"... a light mediterranean pastry wrapped …..olive cream cheese ….spice filled medley ….brushed w/ a robust garlic/butter/herb seasoning & baked to a golden brown crispness
Main course....... the "pizzas! " Made in the italian neapolitan fashion ….lightly topped w/ a thin, soft crust….charred from wood oven baking.
Ingredients such as san marzano tomatoes, hearty mozzarella, spinach leaves, thinly sliced tomatoes, pepperoni, green olives….cook to a bubbly topping w/ a crispy golden brown crust …….in one to two minutes …….. in the 750 to 850 degree heat of the wood fired oven
